A.
This modification will serve to definitize Modification Ten (10), a Change Order, dated July 25, 1980.
B.
As a result of the efforts recuired by Modification 10, which directed the contractor to commence the installation of th'e DCS digital terminals at each of the NRC Regional Offices in accordance with the schedule contained in the modification, the contractor has thus far comoeted the installation of xN Region V and is hereby directed to complete the installation of the remain-ing terminals by coordinating the exact dates and times with the C0AR and the Regional Points of Contact. Modification 10 is further expanded to include other NRC satellite offices, such as the Chattanooga I&E Training Center.
If such future installations of existing digital terminals will require the acquisition of multiplexors or other additional hardware, the contractor shall notify the NRC, in writing, prior to incurring any such additional costs as a result of relocating leased equipment.

This monthly lease cost is for each set of multiplexors required and monthly leasing shall be authorized upon installation of the terminals and operational acceptance at each of Regional / Satellite Offices scheduled for equipment.-
Any other costs associated with the installation of these terminals, such as travel and per diem shall be handled within the existing ceilings of Section 6.B and 6.C of the contract with no increase in the overal contract ceiling.

This nodification also serves to definitize the negotiated overhead rates ~~
for Contractor Fiscal Years ending June 30, 1978 and June 30, 1979, in

accordance with Clause 69, Negotiated Overhead Rates.
The following rates are established as the final overhead rates applicable to the cost reimbursable portion of this contract fnr the period from award of the contract through June 30, 1979.
