g The fourth entry into the Unit 2 reactor building was completed at approximately i
2:00 p.m., today. Three separate entries were made by a total of 12 men.
Based i
on preliminary indicators (dosimeters), no entry team member exceeded 500 mr total body exposure.
The maximum stay time inside the reactor building for any individual was 90 minutes.
The entry tasks included motion picture filming of the 305' and 347' elevations.
Stiil photographs of the steam generators and the pressurizer were made.
Several 2
decontamination techniques were tried on test areas on the 305' elevation floor.
1he Unit 2 Director and 7 member of the onsite NRC staff were part of the entry team.
The motion picture film, from inside the reactor building, will be made available to the news media.
The licensee has scheduled a news conference for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 1980.
Media interest tas occurred because of a pre-entry news release by the licensee.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has been infomed.
The NRC does not have p ans to issue a press release.
