At a recent session of.the hearing, NRC Staff Counsel provided to the Board, the parties and the representatives'of participating state agencies a copy of the Memorandum dated October 10, 1980 from Demetrios L. Basdekas to James R.
Tourtellotte entitled " Safety Implications of Control Systems and Plant Dynamics, and their Relevance to the TMI-l ASLB Hearing" and'its enclosures. Since that time additional documents on the subject matter of Mr. Basdekas' concerns have -
been supplied to Staff Counsel for transmittal.
