S2.730(c), to file instanter a reply regarding its Motion for Sanctions against Rorem, et al.

("Ecrem").

General Electric filed its Motion for Sanctions on October 9, 1980; Rorem responded on October 24, 1980.

The ground for this Motion For Leave to File a Reply is that General Electric feels compelled to reply to the inaccurate statements and implications contained in Rorem's response.

In support of this motion, General Electric attaches the reply it seeks leave to file.
