ORDER (October 30, 1980) 1.
On September 30, 1980, Intervenor Donerty filea a Motion To Subpoena which requested the issuance of a subpoena for eight specific sections of the t
Reed Report. In a Response of October 10, 1980, inter alia, Applicant advised that portions of the Reed Report relating to these eight items have been ex-tracted verbatim and are available for i:: mediate inspection. Upon receipt of this Order, Mr. Doherty is requested to inform whether he withdraws the Motion.
To Subpoena, or, if not, why not.

On October 22, 1980, Mr. Doherty filed a Motion For Additional Time which requested an eleven (11) day extension of time from Nove::ber 4 to Novem-ber 15, 1980, within which to file replies to five outstanding motions for sumary disposition.
In a Reeponse dated October 27th, Applicant' opposed the granting of the >btion, while Staff, in its Response of October 29, 1980, stated it had no objection. Since it appears that FM. Doherty has been diligently attempting to ccr:plete the remainder of his replies, the instant 4
