Task order entitled "Packaging RADTRAN and a graphical user interface (GUI) as a U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) maintained integrated code package." under Enterprise-Wide Contract NRC-HQ-25-14-E-0005.
The purpose of this modification is to designate Jennifer Davis as the Alternate Contracting Officers Representative (ALT COR). A detailed description is provided on page two.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Period of Performance: 09/30/2019 to 09/29/2020 Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect .
