December 18, 2019 Mr. Robin DeLaBarre Office of Nuclear Energy, Safety & Security, Room 3320 HST Bureau of International Security

& Nonproliferation U.S. Department of State 2201 C Street, NW Washington, DC 20520

Dear Mr. DeLaBarre:

Enclosed is an application, dated November 26, 2019, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Eaton Corporation, requesting Amendment No. 02 to its export license XCOM1291/01.

The purpose of the amendment is to add two Canadian intermediate consignees and extend the expiration date of the license from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2024.

There are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested.

Therefore, our office is processing this as a minor amendment, and if no comments are received from the public within the 30-day comment period, and it is determined that applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the license.

Please note that the enclosure includes proprietary information. The NRC will not include this information in the public record, and requests that the Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.

Sincerely, 12/19/2019 X Peter J. Habighorst Peter J. Habighorst Signed by: Peter J. Habighorst Peter J. Habighorst, Chief Export Controls and Nonproliferation Branch Office of International Programs
