These changes to the security plan are being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50. 54 (p) . The Attachment describes the chanjes incorporated by this revision. The 1 closure contains the revisions to the security plan.
The Enclosure contains Safeguards I1 formation in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure.
