License ChanRe Application 190 Attached is one signed original of License Change Application (LCA) 190

requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This LCA deletes Table 3.6-1, " Containment Isolation Valves". from the Trojan Technical Specifications (TTS). Because of the proposed table deletion' we no longer need the majority of changes requested under LCA 124, Revision 1.
For continuity, we have included the minor changes in this submittal; thus, we request that LCA 124 Revision 1 be withdrawn in its entirety.
Also note that LCA 186 was recently submitted to revise TTS 3.0'.4,
" Applicability".
If approval is granted, we will no longer require exception to TTS 3.0.4, and those statements can be deleted from this LCA.
Attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 190 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
