condition and will remain so for the foreseeable future. As such, the actions requested by NRC Bulletin 89-03 are not applicable to the station.

However, with respect to this subject, during the final defueling of the reactor, the District took action to disallow any temporary storage of the fuel assemblies without the approval of the Reactor Engineer.

He will re-review this item prior to moving fuel back to the Reactor B!iilding.
