As we look at these inauen, none of them are large enough ti make any appreciable difference to the overall aefety of the plant.

public to exceed the safety goela promulgated by the NRC after entensive discussion and appropriate notice to the public.
Accordingly, we call upon you to inaue e full power 11cesse to the prower plant notwithstanding the list of inauen brought to your ettentiot by the appeels board.
If you consider that these inaues are important even though they are moeil, we suggest that you bring them to the ettentiot of the director of regulation for edainistrative resolution during the coming year while the power plant is operatiW.
The taauence of a full power license to the Seabrook nucteer power staton will enable it to play tta' part in reducing air pollution, genere11y enhancing the environment, public heelth and amfety of the one citinens of New Haapahire and Measechussets.
