PROPOSED EXPORT 3 0F BYPRODUCT MATERIAL AND COMPONENTS TO EXXON NUCLEAR FACILITY IN WEST GERMANY (XB001100 and XCOM0420)
Exxon Nuclear requested expeditious processing of two export license applications for the export.of Californium-252 and one Fuel Rod Assay System to their West German facility.
Due to the urgent requirement for the byproduct material and the components, the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued was waived for these two license applications.
