SAUNDERS, DOCKET NO. IA-19-027, CONFIRMATORY ORDER The Office of the Secretary has received a request for hearing from Attorney Billie Pirner Garde on behalf of Leonard Sparks. The request was filed in response to Confirmatory Order IA 027, dated October 21, 2019, which was published in the Federal Register at 84 Fed. Reg. 57778 on October 28, 2019. The request, which is dated November 29, 2019, was initially received by the Office of the Secretary via e-mail on December 2, 2019, and was subsequently filed electronic through the agencys Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) on December 4, 2019.
