Purpose:

A closed Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference (PEC) will be held to discuss apparent willful violations of NRC requirements to provide information to the NRC that is complete and accurate in all material respects, in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.9(a), Completeness and accuracy of information, and violations of NRC Order EA-07-074 and of Reed College Operating License R-112, License Condition 2.C.(3). The issues relating to the apparent violations are discussed in a letter dated November 19, 2019, NRC Investigation Reports 4-2016-022 and 4-2017-023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management Systems Accession No. ML19330E777). The PEC will provide an opportunity for the individual to provide his or her perspective on the facts and findings, and any other information that the individual believes the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.
