INTEGRATED PLAN-ISSUE BN-005D, HUMAN ENGINEERING DEFICIENCIES - MINOR CHANGES, SCHEDULE CHANGE
~ Pursuan't to the requiremen'te of the Integrated Plan, we are required to provide written notification to the NRC of schedule changes to NRC initiated Group B.-issue resolution completion dates at least 30 days prior to the 1 scheduled completion date. Issue BN-005D, Human Engineering Deficiencies -
Minor ~ Changes, was-scheduled for completion by December-31, 1989 and, vill now be completed during the 1990 refueling outage.
-Integrated Plan Issue BN-005D deals with resolution of Human Engineering
' Discrepancies found during the Control Room Design Review. Thirty-three
-discrepancies were identified and to date twenty-eight have been resolved.
Plant shutdown, with specific tagging, is required for completion of the
-remaining items.
Replacement parts had not arrived in time to allow completion of:these remaining items during the 1989 Refueling Outage.
This letter informs the NRC of a completion date extension for this item from December 31, 1989 to the 1990. refueling outage.
