Mr. James P. O'Reilly Gentlemen:

In response to I&E Bulletin 80-21, " Valve Yokes Supplied by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc.", a determination has been made that no valve yokes supplied by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc. are in use or have been purchased for Plant E. I. Hatch.

A search through the equipment location index and foreign drawings indicates that several Anchor Darling valves are in use in safety-related systems.

Valve documentation on site indicates that foundries, other than Malcolm, made the valve yokes found at Plant Hatch.

If any additional information is desired, please contact this office.

Very truly yours, h
