Consumers Power Company has reviewed plant records and finds that no valve parts cast by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc are in use or planned for use in safety-related systems at the Big Rock Point facility.

Therefore, no additional action pursuant to IE Bulletin No 80-21 vill be taken.

Pursuant to your request for an estimate of manpower expended in conduct of the review and preparation of a response, Consumers Power Company estimates that approximately 3h can-hours were expended.
