ORDER (Granting Motion for Extension of Time)
Consumers Power Company (Applicant) has filed a motion requesting an extension of time in whi,ch to answer the pleading of
' Intervenor Christa-Maria, et al. entitled " Request for Preparation of Environmental Impact Statement". Applicant argues that a two-week extension is needed to enable it to prepare a thorough and adequate response to the Intervenor's request. Applicant does not believe that such an extension will affect the revised schedule for this proceeding set forth by this Board in an Order dated June 16, 1981.
We have not received responses to Applicant's motion from the other parties. But if we defer action until the allowed time for b " Applicant's Motion for an Extension of Time to Respond to Inter-venor Christa-Maria's ' Request for Preparation of Environmental Impact Statement'" (June 22,1981) 81070103 g pS!?

That Consumers Power Company is granted an extension of time, until July 14, 1961, in which to answer Intervenor Christa-Maria's " Request for Preparation of Environmental Impact Statement".
