Limerick Generating Station Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353
Dear Sir / Madam:
I make the following request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, 5 U.S.C.A.
S552 and the regulations at 10 CPR 9.3-9.14a.
Please be advised that I represent ACORN, a community group in Philadelphia.
ACORN members met with Harold Denton on January 19, 1981 to discuss, among other things, siting criteria for the Limerick plant.
By memo, dated February 3, 1981, Don Sells, Project Manager of the Division of Licensing, summarized that meeting and Mr. Denton's com-mitments that the staff would perform an analysis of the Limerick site, using the illustrative examples that were provided with the recommendations of the Siting Policy Task Force.
Attached to that memorandum, was a list of persons who received copies of the memo-randum.
Included in that list were a number of Philadelphia Electric Company personnel.
I would apprecia'a it if you will send me as soon as possible, copies of all correspondence between your staff and Philadelphia Electric Company since November 1, 1980.
I would also appreciate it if, in the future, you would provide me with carbon copies of letters and memoranda that the Division of Licensing sends to any personnel at Philadelphia Electric Company.
As you know, the amended Act permits you to reduce or waive the fees for locating and reproducing these materials if it "is in the public interest because furnishing the information can be considered
