Dear Mr. Rosenberg:
This is to confirm the infomation relayed during the series of recent telephone conversations between you and Linda Robinson concerning a request, pursuant to the i-reedom of Infonnation Act, for a copy of your winning proposal under NRC Request for Proposal No. RS-NRR-80-138.
In addition to withholding your cost proposal in its entirety, we will withhold from your technical proposal and supplement to the tNhnical proposal the information listed in your letter of May 8,1981 with the following exceptions:
1.
With regard to the Table of Contents, we will withhold section numbers, headings, and pages presented under Section 2 only, as agreed during the May 8, 1981 telephone conversation.
2.
With regard to Section 5, we will withhold the information pertaining to industrial sponsors that appears on the top of page 5-13 and the bottom of page 5-18.
In addition, we will withhold page 5-33 and the information listed on private firms under " Sponsor" and " Project" on pages 5-29 through 5-32, as agreed during the April 30, 1981 telephone conversation.
As you requested, we are enclosing a copy of the request.
