Dear Mr. Crawford:
This is in response to your letter of April 7,1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, several categories of specific information regarding uranium shipments.
Please find enclosed two computer printouts, one consisting of 1,726 pages and the other consisting of 1,543 pages.
It is our understanding that you communicated directly with Mr. Kurt Delcour, Section Head of tbc Hylear Materials Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS) at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, regarding the information contained in the computer printouts. We also understand that fir. Delcour will produce a tape according to your specifications and send it directly to you.
In a telephone conversation on May 8, 1981, with Ms. Sarah N. Wigginton of my staff, you agreed to bear the costs of the computer printouts and the tape. The charge for the computer printouts is $192.45, and the cost of producing the tape is $42.79, for a total cost of $235.24.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $235.24, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
This completes NRC action on your request.
