Gentlemen:

. Reference (1) contained a copy of Revision 1 of the Inservice Surveillance Requirements for snubbers under the Standard Technical Specifications, and requested that DPC submit a license amendment application to incorporate the applicable portions of the model Technical Specifications into the LACBWE Technical Specifications.

The LACBWR plant has no snubbers of any kind installed on any syster, therefore, it is not possible to write a Limiting Condition for Oparation nor specific surveillance requirements at this time.

When snubbers that are required are designed and installation firmed within the applicable systems, then DPC will submit a request for Technical Specification changes.
