Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
We recently received your letter of February 3,1981 above subject which provided additi.onal information concerning your letter of December 22, 1980.
Je did not receive your letter of December 22, 1980 and therefore did not receive Enclosure 1, NUREG 0612 nor Enclosure 3, Request for Additional Infor ation (we received your December 22 letter as an attachment to the February 3 letter, but Enclosures 1 and 3 vere not included).
The February 3 letter appears to address only PVR's and EWR's.
If in fact it is intended that Fort St. Vrain respond to this matter, please provide guidance for our response and please provide the necessary enclosures t4 the December 22.'.etter.
If this request is applicable to Fort St. Vrain we vill reply within 90 days after receipt of the necessary information.
