The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued to Facility Operating License No. NPT-5, issued to Georgia Amendment No.21 Power Company, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Autho Georgia, and City of Dalton, Georgia, which revised the license and the nical Specifications for operation of the Edwin 1.
