Dear Dr. Williams:
I have some bad news. An oversea; meeting to which I.have a prior and essentially unbreakable comitment has shifted from mid-March to the end of March and first few days of April.
I have talked to the meeting principals and they are unable to avoid the date shift.
That means I will not be able to make the April 2nd date for your Austin College Forum.
I am very sorry to drop out on you on this relatively short notice.
Let me know if I can be of any help to you in getting a replacement.
