ENCLOSURE 1 Arkar. Ts Power and Light Company Arkansas Nuclear One, Units Nos. 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50 313; 50-368 Notice of Deviation Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period of October 22 - November 21, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in accordance with your commitments to the Commission as indi-cated below:
Arkansas Power and Light Company, in a letter to the Commission dated j
January 18, 1980, stated that the High Range Noble Gas Eifluent Monitor
"... will be checked against a remotely installed source monthly, and calibrated every three months."
In deviation from the above, no monthly checks and no calibrations of this instrument have been performed since the installation and original calibration of the instrument in January 1980.
