Enclosed is Materials License No. SNM-1513 which is being reissued using the saine license and docket numbers. This reissuance is at the convenience of the Commission in order to maintain a continuing record of your docket.
Please note that the license is being reissued for a six-month term, expiring July 31,1981.
Since your initial application was filed, several amendments have been made to the license.
Therefore, we are requesting that the renewal application.
l for extension of this license beyond July 31, 1981, be complete in itself without refercnce to previous applications.
Also, the revised application shall include additional information which has i
been discussed with you during Dr. Soong's trip to you-facility on l
January 16, 1981.
The consolidated application should be filed with the Comission no later than April 30, 1981, and if possible, should be filed prlcr to or concurrent with any application for amendment of the reissued license.
