On January 30, 1981, Applicants filed " Applicants' Renewal of Motion To Compel ACORN and Motion To Require Supplementation of Responses To Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories To ACORN And Requests To Pro-duce." The Staff is now engaged in discovery with ACORN and views Applicants' Motions to involve matters between the Applicants and ACORN.
Accordingly, by this letter we inform the Board that the Staff does not intend to submit responses to Applicants' motions.
