MEB LICENSING REVIEW FOR CCMANCHE PEAK SER Jur memorandum to me dated January 2,.1981, advised that you would submit the

. raft SER to Projects by January 19, 1981. We now understand tnat you are now projecting a January 30, 1981 date for that submittal.

'Mr is to advise you that:

1) MEB is the onl/ technical review branch with Second Round Questions and staff positions yet to be submitted to us and to the applicant.

2) We are scheduled to issue the SER prior to June 1, 1981 in order to meet with the ACRS in July.

.1 summary, time is running out for us and for the applicant if we are to raet our commitments for the SER issue date. We must have the draft SER input ra later than January 30, 1981.

Please cooperate with us in this matter.
