This letter is to give stice that we have concurrently asked the Offica of the Controller to bill your company for the eeview of the organizational changes to Topical Report WCAP-8370, Revision 9A on the WRD Quality Assurance Plan which were submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review on August 27, 1980. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of these changes on September 12, 1930.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21. Category F -

The total cost to be billed is $39 based on review time involving 1 pro-fessional man-hour at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will t
be sent to you by the Office of the Controller withinea few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Comission and forwnrded to the Office of the Controller.
