This is to infonn you, in accordance with the requirements of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act, that the NRC has not completed licensing action on your export license amendment request for XSNM01675 for an additional 52.245 kilograms of uranium to Switzerland for use in the Seznau II nuclear reactor, your reference number 80 092/01 (RBU 324).
Final NRC licensing action has been delayed because of the need to clarify certain issues concerning how the requirenents of the Atomic Energy Act are satisfied with respect to exports to Switzerland.
Infonnation on this matter is being obtained from the Executive Branch.
Please be assured that the staff will act expeditiously on your license amend-ment upon resolution of these issues.
