Dear Mr. Miller:
As required by our Technical Specifications, we reported on 8/4/80 to the NRC Division of Licensing and the Inspection and Enforcement Office, Region II, significant changes in our organization (see attached letter).
It is imoortant that these changes be recorded and used by your office sirce we have had several incidents of delays in receiving information you sent us. As noted in this letter, most of the items dealing with facility operatien/ administration should be addressed to Dr. Nils J. Diaz, Director of Nuclear Facilities at the address shown above, with special items addressed to Dr. A.M. Jacobs, Chairman of the Department of Nuclear Engineering Sciences, 202 Nuclear Sciences Center, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL 32611.
It will also be very satisfactory to mail Drs.
Jacobs and Diaz both all the certinent information.
We will certainly appreciate your cooperation in this matter, which will aid our response to regulatory requirements.
