This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of the organizational changes to BAW-10096A, Revision 3 "B&W NPGD Quality Assurance for Nuclear i luipment" which were submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review by your letter dated August 27, 1980.
We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of these changes on September 10, 1980. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Spei al Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $117 based on review time involving 3 pro-fessional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller.
When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
