This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your company for the review of Revision 2 to Topical Report B& ROE-COM4-1-NP, " Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual", which was subaitted to the Office of Nuclear Ret.cter Regulation (ONRR) for review by your letters dated August 29 and Septenber 29, 1980. We under-stand that the ONRR staff completed the review of the above revision on October 2, 1980.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $273 based on review time involving 7 pro-fessional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller.
When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
