This is in response to your letter dated August 16, 1976 which enclosed Circular 76-02 and requested information concerning Westinghouse type BF and BFD relays in safety related systems.
There are no Westinghouse type BF and BFD relays installed or planned ict use in safety related systems on Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3.
