Dear Mr. Engelken:
This is in response to your letter dated Octo-ber 1, 1976, which enclosed Circular 76-04 and attachments and requested information concerning General Electric Com-pany neutron monitor and flow bypass switches as identified in the General Electric Service Information Letter (SIL 111).
There are none of the subject switches in use or planned for use in safety systems on Humboldt Eay Power Plant, Unit No. 3.
