Pursuant to Section 4 - General Provisions, Clause 70 entitled " Limitation of Funds," this

modification is issued to apply an additional increment of funds in the amount of 55,779,368.00. Accordingly, the following changes are made:
A.
Article III, Ceiling Price and Availability of Funds is superseded in its entirety by the following:
" Article III - Ceilina Price and Availability of Funds A.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for the full perfor.ance of this contract during the period of performance will not exceed 523,750,368.00 which is established as the ceiling price.
B.
The total funds currently obligated and available for payment under this contract is $23,750,368.00.
It is estimated that the amount currently obligated-will cover the period of performance from the effective date of the contract thro;gh June 2, 1981. The NRC reserves the right to unilaterally increase the funds available up to the amount of the aforesaid ceiling price.

If at any time the contractor has reason to believe that 'the costs which he expects to incur in the performance of this contract in the next succeeding 60 days, when added to all costs previously incurred, will exceed 75 percent of the total amount currently obligated under the contract, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing to that effect.
The notice shall state the estimated amount of additional funds required to continue performance for the period set forth in the Schedule" 8.
