things, a human factors review of the TMI-l Control room under-taken by a review team which included, among others, witnesses Walsh, Estrada, Christensen and Sheridan.

The review team's written report, "A Review of the Three Mile Island Unit 1 Control Room from a Human Factors Viewpoint (December 1980),"

I was not completed at the time Licensee's testimony was filed, but is now being provided to the Board and the parties.

Litigation of Sholly Contention 15 and ANGRY Conten-tion V(C) hasret been placed on the hearing agenda because of delay in the filing of the NRC Staff's testimony.

The Staff, however, on December 22, 1980, filed its testimony in response to these contentions and a report (NUREG-0752) on its own design review of the TMI-l Control Room.

Consequently, we believe these two contentions are ready for hearing.

Licensee proposes that they be heard immediately following the Licensee and Staff testimony on the " Filters," contentions (Lewis and ANGRY V(D)), which will follow UCS Contention No.

9.

Licensee plans to offer the enclosed report as an exhibit in support of its previously filed testimony on Control Room Design-Human Factors Engineering.
