s Docket # 50-289 Metropolitan Edison et al Three Mile Island, Unit i 1 Dear Sir I would like to bring it to your attention that I Em experiencing a considerable problem in regards to the receipt of transcripts of the hearings.
The last transcript that I received was for November 26, 1980.
At that time I received transcripts for the seven (7) days of hearings prior to that date.
Those transcripts were received some ten to twelve days af ter Nov 26.
Delays such as these in the mailing and receipt of transcripts make it extremely difficult for me to fulfill my responsibility of keeping abreast of the scheduling and procedurel matters that are addressed in the hearings.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could take steps to have this matter corrected.
On'the matter of the transcripts, I would take this opportunity j
to suggest a minor modification in the transcripts, namely, a
change in the table of contents to note two additional items.
I Firstly, a notation in the table of. contents to identify the page (s) at which procedural matters are addressed; secondly, an indication in the table of contents as to which contentions are being addressed by the testimony.
I believe both of these modifications would be of value to all parties, and would represent a minimal additional burden en the transcribers.
