This is in reply to your letter dated December 19, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that the document identified as the " Draft of the Five Year Plan for the NRC Research Program" discussed at the December 5,1980 ACRS Meeting, be placed in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
In response to your request, we wish to inform you that the draft document is currently undergoing internal review.
We anticipate the document will be issued in final form late in January 1981, and that it will be publicly available at that time in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
