Dear Mr. Engelken:

As a follow-up to the District's response to Items 2b and 2d of IE Bulletin 80-08, concerning the containment piping penetration welds, we have reviewed our records and found that, in addition to the liquid _ pene-trant and helium leak testing, radiography was also performed. The attached

" Summary of Radiographic Test Results" contains the results of construction nondestructive examination for those welds which required repair.
