The licensee shall obtain all infomation from the foreign exporter h

necessary to complete the shipper's portion of Form NRC-741, " Nuclear 1

4 Material Transactions Report." If the licensee is the receiver of the j' @

4 material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information U

on the Fom NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR

y Part 70.

If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall

'i provide the shipper's infomation to the receiver of the material for

3 inclusion on the receiver's Form NRC-741.
