We have reviewed IE Bulletin 80-24 concerning water leakage inside containment and determined that it does not apply to our facility since the secondary con-tainment at Fort St. Vrain is not similar to those described in this bulletin.
It is estimated that 2 man-hours were expended in reviewing and answering this bulletin.
No further action is anticipated.
