MOTION OF THE COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY N
3 FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE ANSWERING BRIEF The Council on Environmental Quality respectfully moves the Board for an extension of time through and including December 5, 1980, to file its brief as amicus curiae in the above-entitled proceeding. Ine inter-venors previously requested and were granted a ten day filing extension to and including December 4, 1980. The Council was invited to file an amicus curiae brief by this Board. A draft of the Council's brief in support of the Licensing' Board's order has been completed. However,

additional time is necessary to allow for intra-agency review of the brief.
The attorneys responsible for the brief have been involved in preparing for and hosting a delegation of visiting Soviet attorneys on behalf of the l
Council and, for this reason, have been unable to file the brief at the i
l same time as the intervenors. The Council respectfully requests one additional day in which to file its amicus curiae,brief.
