This is in response to your letter dated ' ecember 1,1980, in which you J
requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the winning proposal submitted under NRC Request for Proposal RS-RES 214.
In response to a previous F0IA request, we have already made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),
1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555, a copy of the nonproprietary version of the winning technical proposal.
You can purchase a copy of this document by writing directly to the PDR and requesting a copy of the proposal filed in folder F01A-80-531 under the name of S. Moore.
The charge for reproducing records maintained in the PDR is five cents
($0.05) per page.
We attempted to call you to discuss this matter but were informed by an information operator that there is no telephone number listing under your name and address.
