My letter to you dated July 3,1980, transmitted TVA's response to Task Action Plan Item III.D.1.1, Integrity of Systems Outside Containment Likely to Contain Radioactive Material, for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.

In addition, leakage measurements are required by this item for Sequoyah unit 2 systems that contain primary coolant outside containment. These measurements will be made before operation at full power. The test results will be provided for NRC review within 30 days of the com-pletion of the tests. Testing procedures and the results of the radwaste system tests have been transmitted to you by my letters dated July 11 and September 22, 1980.
