SETTLEMENT MONITORING 0F ERCW PIPES AND CONDUITS On November 27, 1980, representatives of the NRC and TVA met to discuss settlement monitoring of the emergency raw cooling iater (ERCW) pipes and conduits.
Enclosed is a list of the attendees.
After an introductory discussion with the applicant, we examined the damaged settlement markers and toured the ERCW facility. We returned to the main office to discuss TVA's position on the matter and review the infonnation given to us by the TVA engineers.
