This is to infom you, in accordance with the requirements of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act, that the Nuclear Regulatory Comission has not completed licansing actions on your export license applications XSNM01389 and ISNM01390 for highly enriched uranium to the Federal Republic of Germany.

Executive Branch views on these applications were received on September 22, 1980. Final NRC licensing action has been delayed because of the need for the staff to obtain additional infomation from the Executive Branch regarding fabrication of the material.

Please be assured that the staff will act expeditiously on your iicense applications upon receipt of this information.
