FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2019, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission met with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) to discuss issues recently reviewed by the Committee. The ACRS presented updates on the following specific items: 1) Transformation initiatives by the NRC staff and the ACRS; 2) NuScale Design Certification Application Review; 3) Advanced reactor application content, siting, and computer codes; and 4) The assessment of the quality of selected NRC Research Projects.
There were no requirements identified for action.
