Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Reactor Building Purge Exhaust System Page 4-57 of the TMI-l Technical Specifications contains specification 4.14,
" Reactor Building Purge Air Treatment System".
This specification is redundant to specification 4.12.2 " Reactor Building Purge Air Treatment System" on page 4-55b.
Page 4-57 should have been deleted upon receipt of Amendment No. 55, but was inadvertently retained. Therefore, we are requesting the deletion of page 4-57 from the TMI-l Technical Specifications. No fee is required for this item because the technical specification change request that Amendment No. 55 was based on was submitted to the NRC prior to the enactment of 10 CFR 170.22.
